Never have I ever bought a Laptop worth $250.00. Usually I just get the cheap Chromebooks because I am a cheap shopper. But in this case I am going to be teaching homeschool for my children and I knew a cheap Chromebook just want going to be what I needed for the job. So, I bought the laptop. Upon arrival I saw some holes on the front side of the laptop box, I was really concerned at first. But upon opening the box it was so protected in the box that I automatically put my guard back down. It came with everything as promised. At first I thought it only came with a 5 day trial for Microsoft 365 but later on I found that not to be true once I had everything connected and set up properly. There was a notification that popped up saying to set up the Microsoft 365 included with the PC. SO, I cancelled my free trial of the family plan Microsoft 365 right away for $99.99 right away. It is working really great and I love the white color. I haven’t yet figured out why my mouse hasn’t connected properly yet it may be due to my AAA batteries or my weak Internet connection or a combination of both. Lol I don’t know but it is not a deal breaker. It’s just when I need to copy and then go to paste the paste can be difficult to do at times. It would be easier with a right click of the mouse for pasting. But I am sure I will figure it out not worried about it. I love it, I think it is just what I needed and it will definitely serve it’s purpose for homeschooling with ease. Thanks!!

Nice looking, not working
Had issues from day one. 3 days after return window closes the computer is locked in a loop of sign in. Does not recognize any of my emails. Can not get past login. Amazon and seller was of no help. Amazon blamed Assurion, saying they should help, Assurion saying my return window was not closed. It has been a week of back and forth. No computer for work and they want me to spend the time to repair it. The worst experience ever. Beware who you buy electronics from.So it has been a week still no help, still no working computer for work.UPDATE: This computer has been sent to Asurion 2 times now for a motherboard replacement. Be very aware of who you buy from. Always buy the Asurion warranty. Always make sure the product is SOLD BY: AMAZON, not a 3rd party.

I’m disappointed at hp or the seller of this item. When I bought it I notice the touch pad isn’t working but everything else seem OK, but since I don’t know much about computers I thought maybe it’s because I didn’t activate it or something . I was waiting on a cousin to come and set it up for me. Today when he came and set it up he said the touchpad isn’t working and he asked me if it’s a new laptop I told him yes, anyway I don’t want to send it back.
