Y’all this did not disappoint when they said it was good for students. Condition was pristine and its a comfortable size to fit in smaller bookbags. Performace is fast and can handle many apps at once running.

Only get if you need to store very minimal items. If you have lots of photos and other files, it will slow this laptop down to a snails pace. I thought it would get better after getting more storage but it’s only gotten worse. Not happy with this product at all.

This is the perfect laptop for me. Easy to set up. I just need it to search jobs & use word to update my resume. Got it for great value on Prime Day so worth the little money I paid. I didn’t want or need an expensive laptop. Plus it’s lightweight.

Defective product
I the laptop I purchased was defective. I worked with support but wasn’t able to resolve the issue. I returned it, the vendor received it on 10/4. I still have not received a refund after 28 days. They vendor won’t issue me a refund because the machine is “lost in processing”; since I have a receipt from UPS, they “lost” it themselves. Will never do business with this company again.

Easy set up
I’m keeping my 7-year-old laptop (also an HP) as it still works well but I wanted an upgrade. So this one is a tad smaller, but that makes it easier to cart around. It easily picked up on all my “stuff” because of my Microsoft account, so startup was easy.
